Improvement has always been a central theme in my life and a common practice in my professional life. Having studied Psychology and then Industrial Engineering, I have focused on helping others improve processes, profits and personally. My roles consistently migrate to the problem solving activities; from ISO 9000 Auditor to Process Developer, from managing Receiving Inspection to performing Supplier Development, from New Product Development Engineer to Continuous Product Improvement (Warrantee) Engineer, and from Gallup Feedback Manager to Senior Organizational Development Consultant. I pride myself on learning the ropes, then, untangling the ropes.I thrive in complex chaotic situations. I am able to quickly determine root cause, bring the right people together, gather information, make sense of it, create a plan, and produce logical solutions or products. A major component to my success has been my ability to create a meeting of the minds, to change collaboration from a buzzword, a badge, a slogan, into true productive action and outcomes.I believe that having studied and performed roles that require the application of thought from both sides of my brain, I am uniquely qualified to help others and organizations perform at their optimum.
