Competition & Tournaments- Organised and oversaw the logistics of various tournaments (ranging from social tournaments to high-level competitive tournaments)- Oversaw the logistics for weekly league matches- Supervised the planning of our yearly 2-day tournament (Slingfest) and party - Supervised the tournament directing of 2 university tournaments for the national governing body - UK Ultimate (UKU)Recruitment and Strategy- Oversaw the planning and execution of 'freshers' and recruitment activities during the first 3 weeks of semester 1 - Created a strategy to orientate the club towards a holistic approach to recruitment, including a focus on strong recruitment of less-represented groups in the club and sport including female, BAME and international students. As a result, the gender ratio of members became more equal, and the number of BAME and international students significantly increased- Pushed a recruitment strategy of creating a welcoming and diverse environment at the club (proactively disassociating with a previously intense, exclusive and competitive culture)- Created a budgeting strategy which enabled a sustainable use of funds and pricing for events and tournaments Welfare Initiatives- I created a key information form to ensure we have the information to prevent or best respond to a medical emergency during a club activity (training, social, tournament)- Enabled our Welfare Champions to develop initiatives including the buddy scheme, bystander training and 'welfare watch' takeovers

Managing the finances supporting the general management of the Surrey University Ultimate Frisbee club, including addressing the club's previously accumulated debt and creating a plan to bring to club to financial sustainability. Additionally, supporting the club and current committee in planning and executing matches, competitions, social events and charitable events for the purpose of providing the best experience for members and recruiting new members.My personal achievements in the role include:- Leading the effort that brought the club into a positive financial status (aka, not being in debt) for the first time in several years- Taking a co-leading role in overhauling the welfare and safeguarding policy and approach of the club, including creating a club code of conduct, introducing bystander intervention training for the club, introducing a requirement for committee members to be trained as welfare officers and heavily promoting greater female participation in the club including changing the management structure to support gender equality by having both a male and female president/chairperson role at the club's next AGM (instead of a president & VP)- Creating new revenue steams for the club including taking TD (Tournament Director) opportunities for multiple regional competitions, in which the club receives both tangible (monetary) and non-tangible (ownership of potential excess equipment from the tournament and improved relationship and reputation with the UKU) benefits- Co-leading the organisation of the club's participation in several tournaments including SICKO, UMIR, UXIR and UWIR. This included organising the transport of up to 45 players, ensuring the finances were sustainable, and dealing major issues which required a huge logistical effort from the signatories.

As part of the EMEA Gastro-Immunology marketing team I led:- Our ECCO'22 congress advertising banners, and supported congress preparation and pre-meeting planning- Oversight of the 3rd party media plan for the brand- Various analyses of internal and competitors projects, products or processes- The management of the team's multi-million EUR budget- The implementation of the internal digital asset management tool at a regional level- The creation of an internal marketing newsletter and the management of the internal marketing portalAdditionally, I supported various projects including congresses, pre-congress meetings, material creation and collaboration & preparation efforts between the regional and local teams.From Dec 2021 I started a 20% assignment with the UK Gastro-Immunology team which involved:- Leading the design and creation of Janssen's booth and pre-congress presence for the BSG'22 congress- Leading the cross-functional briefing for the BSG'22 congress - Leading the creation of an IMI email, working with marketing, omnichannel and sales colleagues throughout

My role while working on the company’s Conference+ platform included:● Supporting project manager in preparing the virtual conference platform for large complex events● Communicating with clients to assess needs and develop platform-related solutions ● Having an expert knowledge of the platform including its current capabilities● Providing input on future development from implementation experience and understanding of customer needs

Worked with the Flipside and Aqueduct Digital Strategy teams on various projects including websites, chatbots and mobile apps for various clients including Novartis, GSK, Coca Cola and Disney. This included researching best practices for different products, creating informational documentation for client use and supporting the creation of a digital Chatbot in both a strategic and creative capacity.

With a LTA Level 2 coaching qualification and over a year of experience, I have coached groups of up to 8 junior players and assistant coached larger groups at multiple local tennis clubs. The ability of these players have ranged from complete beginners from the age of 4 to intermediate players to the age of 15. I have demonstrated the ability to provide not only technical and tactical knowledge, but engaging and enjoyable lessons to all these age and ability groups. While the obvious goal has been to improve the ability of developing players, it has not been my only objective. It has also been to increase the enthusiasm of the players through fun and engaging lessons, therefore encouraging them to continue playing throughout their life, no matter their ability or circumstances. I am also DBS certified and trained in first aid and safeguarding.

Project manager of Alia Chatbot Project with the Digital team, IHD (Immunology, Hepatology and Dermatology) during the update to version 2.0. This involved liaising with internal and external teams and agencies and contributing strategic and creative input during the development of the chatbot and supporting campaigns. Additionally this involved writing a business case for the project.

I supported the Immunology and Dermatology Digital team with updating their patient chatbot: Alia on Facebook messenger. I focused on the improvement and integration of the Alia Chatbot with the 'Skin to Live in' digital ecosystem. Alongside this I recommended improvements and opportunities for expansion of the chatbot to new platforms.

I supported the Immunology & Dermatology franchise with the development and updating of their patient app: CSU Tracker (SymTrac: Hives). This involved auditing the app and consulting on possible new features to improve the user experience and outcomes.
