Thomas leads all PwC's market-facing activities, initiatives and strategies for Mainland China and Hong Kong, including industry and priority accounts programmes, as well as market-centric priorities.With professional experience extending over three decades, Thomas has a deep knowledge of the Chinese economy, while having a keen appreciation of the domestic business environment and capital markets. His client work has predominantly focused on supporting transformation and initial public offerings (IPOs) for China's state-owned and private enterprises.Additionally, Thomas oversees PwC's government programmes for Mainland China and Hong Kong, setting the firm’s national strategy and working closely with regional and municipal governments on government projects, including development of market entry policies and establishing prudent investment criteria.Thomas is a practising member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a Certified Public Accountant (practising) in Hong Kong, a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada (CPA, CA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
