With over three decades of experience in IT and one decade in logistics, I currently hold the position of Director of IT at LOXXESS IT Services GmbH, where I have successfully built and scaled a highly skilled team from 5 to 25 members. Under my leadership, the team has developed mission-critical software solutions that operate around the clock, ensuring the uninterrupted availability and reliability of our systems, which are integral to the company’s operations.I oversee the development and management of our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), which plays a pivotal role in controlling the logistics of more than 30,000 packages daily in one of our key warehouses. My focus is on driving innovation and operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology solutions, always with an eye toward aligning with our core values of reliability and excellence.Prior to my role at LOXXESS, I was the owner of Wisco, where I honed my entrepreneurial skills, allowing me to implement strategic initiatives that now support the long-term goals and mission of LOXXESS.
