I am in my first year of a sports business degree at LJMU. I am passionate about everything to do with sports and business was a subject during school had been something that intrigued me thus combined the two for a university course. While still in education I am constantly progressing skills academically but also skills useful for the workplace all in the context of the sports industry. In addition to this, i am training to become a part-time manager at ASK Italian restaurant further developing my skills that can be used in a future work placement. My colleagues and fellow university students have often described me as a character who is hardworking and caring when it comes to working. I also have leadership experience due to training to become a part-time manager at my current job and being a course representative at university. I will be graduating in 2025, and I plan to pursue a career in some form of marketing. I am to gain a position within an organisation in which I can help develop their marketing and also progress my own skills. Until such date that I have finished my degree at university, i will keep developing my academic portfolio. furthermore, I would love to connect with professionals that are already inside the industry and potentially develop a network with these people.
