As Manning Officer, maintained a 300 billet manned shipped at 100% combat readiness. Maintained one of the highest fleet readiness marks for an AEGIS Cruiser with several critical billets. As Section Leader, maintained and trained a section of 70 personnel on all watch station and weapon requirements. Ensured that the section was ready to combat any Anti-terrorism, Fire, or flooding casualty that may have occurred. As Enlisted Surface Warfare Program Coordinator a program was created and implemented for the first Modernized Cruiser, created the first 100% compliment surface warfare qualified modernized Cruiser.
