Working at Toyota Material Handling, Logistics Solutions in Gothenburg Sweden as Project Delivery Manager, for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) in the logistic industry. I am focusing on special projects for new innovations and process development as well as projects with special challenges, mainly in Europe. I worked many years at Ericsson AB with business & sales management with a Service Assurance solution. Monitoring and management of Radio networks (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G), Charging & billing systems, media systems and Value Adding Systems.I have also been working with Customer Experience Assurance/Service Assurance domain within Telecom / IT. Quality of Service and meeting customer expectations is on top of telecom operators agenda in order to maintain/increase market shares. I have also experiences for some years with the segments Enterprise and Internet of Things for industries. My path to where I am today started as R&D project manager then as a customer project manager for a long period of time. During 4 years I worked as sales manager for a product portfolio globally. I have a broad experience in working with different regions, building up a global contact network, participating and presenting in global events aiming for increased sales for the product portfolio.
