• Work on CLAAS configurator to configure CLAAS combine harvesters and CLAAS headers tothe correct specifications.• Work on MOL to order CLAAS combine harvesters and CLAAS headers stock.• Quoting dealers on special CLAAS combine harvester configurations and CLAAS headers.• Quoting dealers on special Geringhoff headers.• Work on CLAAS configurator to configure EASY kits to the correct specifications.• Assisting with the invoicing process of EASY stock.• Assisting in marketing EASY products (Planning and setting up an EASY display at NAMPO andrunning the EASY stand).• Advise dealers and farmers on upgrading Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment to takeadvantage of newly installed advanced satellite technology.• Working with all dealership departments to sell and support CLAAS precision farmingtechnology products and services.• Develop and deliver employee and customer training for EASY advanced precision farmingproducts and ensure understanding of Precision Ag and precision farming products across alldepartments.• Maintain current product knowledge on all new/used equipment potentially sellable by thedealership, including features benefits and machine compatibility technology integration.• Assist in leading the organization in the area of EASY precision farming products and serve asthe internal and external technical specialists.• Provide solutions-based business consulting services by discussing plans with customers andanalyzing data including machine yield data (i.e. advice to optimize performance, reduce cost,improve operation efficiencies, etc.).• Utilize technology to promote EASY and dealership service packages (Telematics, ACROCOMmaps, Remote display access).• Responsible for Telematics registration and ACROCOM Maps registration.
