Product management across the full suite of Worktribe’s research and higher education products, including responsibility for all customer requirement gathering, scoping workshops and user group sessions, supplying customer requirements to the development team and conducting acceptance testing, communicating planned developments to customers and creating or updating documentation in line with new platform releases. Additional responsibilities in maintaining key relationships with third parties that integrated with the Worktribe platform and providing second-line support for Technical Support and Client Partnership teams. A particular focus was specifying, testing and launching a major overhaul of the taxonomy and data structure of the Outputs product in close collaboration with customer groups and to support upcoming regulatory changes.

Responsible for product development and technical delivery for an online transcription portal encompassing customer, business and transcriber interactions (including full transcription tools). Managing the development roadmap for the portal and ensuring enhancements and new functionality were delivered in a timely manner, and the business stakeholders are kept informed of development progress and challenges. Gathering key requirements from business stakeholders and customers and turning them into actionable stories for the development team. Maintaining the development backlog and playing the Product Owner role in Scrum ceremonies

Responsible for the product roadmap for the Research Professional platform and coordinating with colleagues in development, editorial and sales teams to see the roadmap implemented. Communicating new changes and developments to customers and prospective customers through documentation, emails, webinars and face-to-face meetings. Providing competitive intelligence for senior colleagues. Supporting sales efforts by providing sales materials, product expertise and by presenting the platform to key customers. Supporting bids and tender responses. Taking a leading role in GDPR and privacy compliance for the platform. Providing training and third-line support for customer support and consultancy teams. Following the acquisition of *Research by Ex Libris in August 2019, taking a key role in the company-wide integration work and the technical integration of the *Research Professional platform into the broader Ex Libris Research Information Management suite.

Working with universities and research institutions across the African continent to implement the Research Professional platform, providing training and technical support for research managers and researchers at subscribing institutions. Providing consultancy and support for universities in configuring the platform and rolling it out to their research staff. Supporting sales efforts by demonstrating Research Professional at conferences and during sales meetings.
