Be responsible for structure design of emission treatment system,including 3D and 2D.Communication with customers to confirm technical inputs,such as commercial truck boundary,inlet &outlet position,connecting bracket solution.During DV stage,prepare tolerance calculation,participate in key components DFM evaluation,optimize components manufacturing capability and emission treatment system according to customer’s requirements.Base on ED&T,continually improve structure design to meet cost target;take part in durability evaluation collaboration with DVP&R functional team.Be responsible for supporting MET engineers to evaluating tooling design and gauge design.

Technical Consulting work for customers. I have alreadly serviced for Larox ,Husqvarna, Sandivk and so on. according to customer's requiements I modified 3D and drawings. Sometimes I need give some new concept proposal for customers and make stucture design. maintenance PDM system such as Smrteam,Teamcenter;Aton ,SAP and so on.be familiar with plastic design and automatical device design. During this period I onsite worked for Huaqvarna which mainly produce power tools. such as McCulloch 36V range Hedge trimmer and lawnmover. I have cooperate with Husqvarna engineer in Sweden to design McCulloch 36V range Hedge trimmer; I am responsible for all structure design;At the same time I need discuss about styling with sweden industrialengineer and tool maker;we will communicate each other to modify stying or structure. By Smarteam we can collaborative work. Sweden engineer work for industrial design then I got A surface from Sweden to do structure degn and part design; at same time check all surfaces and draft angle.After 3D model is ok then I will discuss with tool maker to reduce cost.after several times design change we will make protype.I am familar with most plastic material such as PP,PA ABS,POM and so on.I can handle whole project management.

From I graduated from ShenYang institute of chemical technology ,then I joined Sangang steel Group.For my daily work ,keep all devices runing normally and check all the mechines potential problems in ahead; instruct the works repair or replace all the issure devices in time. At same time I need propose some good ideas to my superior how to improve efficiency of machines.
