I manage and maintain the Ofsted Payroll function. This is a payroll of over 2100 employees. This include the running and compliance for Ofsted's Civil Service pension scheme.Some of my responsibilities include:The balancing and sign off of the monthly payroll.Managing relationships with third party providers.The line management and development of HR Advisors within the team.Providing payroll and pension data for annual publications.The management of payroll debts for employees.The key contact within the organisation for pay and pensions advice.
