I’m a large accounts warehouse team lead with 8 years of experience in operations of tourism and entertainment facilities, such as amusement parks and sports complexes, as well as officiating on the national level of track and field for USATF. I have worked in a variety of managerial roles as well as work with major client accounts such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Hallmark in my current position.Until recently, I co-led the ride operations at Dutch Wonderland Family Entertainment Complex. In this role I was focused on running the daily schedule of 35 operators as well as providing the highest level of guest service. Previous experience also includes stadium operations internship with the Lancaster Barnstormers Baseball Club, learning the ins and outs of the sports world on the minor league level. Successes included set up and tear down of annual holiday events for Dutch Wonderland, participation in the operation of the LeSean McCoy Charity Baseball Game and officiating the 2010 Women's Big 10 Championship in Indoor Track and Field .Colleagues know me as a highly motivated and serious individual who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach to bring together a team for greater success. But I know that the client’s and guest's business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with othersI have a BS from The Pennsylvania State University in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management and certification in Motorsports Management from Sports Management Worldwide.I am currently working one full-time and one part-time job while pursuing new opportunities in the field of tourism, event management, and/or professional motorsports.
