He has over 7 years experience in C++, over 4 years experience Windows and .NET development, C# and Visual Studio, 1 year of Java experience (and is currently engaged in Java development as of June 2013) as well as experience with a number of other technologies including Subversion, shell scripting, regular expressions, WPF and Windows Forms GUI programming. Other technologies Thomas has worked with over the years include Java, Unix/Linux shell scripting (in Bash an C-shell), IDL/Fortran, Agile, TSP, Subversion, Rational, UML, XML, WPF, Windows Forms, Redgate DotnetReflector, Mathematica, Vi, Emacs, Eclipse, Visual Studio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Thomas has worked in both CMMI level 5 and Agile oriented development teams. Thomas had worked with Active Secret clearance from the years 2006-2014 but since joining Symantec his clearance was. I longer required and went inactive. After 24 months of inactivity Thomas would now need to be recleared again, but would anticipate the same relative speed as the first time due to his spotless record and history of working on cleared positions Thomas is also a musician, having actively written, recorded, and performed with a number of bands in the Philadelphia music scene since 1996, including playing lead guitar on the 2011 album Dislocations by The Silence Kit, which is available digitally on iTunes and Amazon, as well as CD through Amazon and other locations.
