Focused on agile delivery of rapid innovative solutions to enable operational effect in the online environment. I hold a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University with a keen interest and experience in Additive Manufacturing, agile software procurement and project management. I have knowledge, skills and experience in multiple leadership practises that I have applied extensively throughout my military career. Project management is an environment where I am most comfortable and experienced in, having led team and individual projects throughout both university and the military. I deconflict and coordinate technical support to over four different Operational Theatres, numerous large scale Exercises and consistent routine tasks. All overseas and in the UK.

This role primarily focused on managing and testing the new capability of 3D printing in the British Army. I established a syllabus for training on 3D printers, Computer Aided Design and manufacturing. I was responsible for the Army’s innovative trail testing out this new technology. During this time I was also briefly the project manager for the Digital.

In order to broaden my career I completed a full time degree in Mechanical Engineering at Newcastle University. Here I also managed a Platoon of Navy Officer Cadets before their initial Officer training. My degree, whilst mechanically focused, allowed me to specifically research manufacturing and design methods, such as 3D Printing. My dissertation.

I was the senior Engineering Operations Manager for this large workshop that conducted maintenance and repairs on large scale wheeled vehicles. I supported a number of large scale.
