Designs a variety of digital solutions to redefine the way that businesses and consumers achieve goals ranging from manufacturing optimization to prescription adherence. Conducts user research to identify and validate key pain points in the current process, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Works with embedded consultants and practice experts to integrate Firm expertise into the solutions process. Conducts research of existing competitor and analogous solutions to identify, incorporate, and improve upon best practices. Explores and defines the solution space by writing user stories, outlining the end-to-end experience to be supported. During the design process, rapidly iterates upon proposed solution; creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design to facilitate technical scoping, user testing, and eventual development of functional software. Interfaces directly with development teams throughout the implementation phase to ensure that the product is fully realized or appropriately adjusted based on budget or time constraints, in alignment with Agile principles.

Designed website and created digital strategy for a small wine and gourmet food shop. Worked with owners to redefine brand to better reach tourism market without alienating existing local customer base. Created/updated various additional assets including menus, signage, and product photography (300+). Recruited and engaged with developer for the on-time delivery of new website and online store. Expanded sales capabilities internationally through integration of Shopify, multilingual support, and creation of templates for shipping to various countries. Created extensive documentation to ensure that digitally inexperienced owners could continue to manage new website and assets post had-off.

Designed an internal transparency portal allowing investors to access real-time fund information. Worked along side a small team of developers to facilitate an Agile development process, resulting in the on-time delivery of a minimum viable product. Subsequently engaged with C-suite and VC partner users to gather feedback to then scope, design, and support implementation for a second iteration, delivering both improvements and additional functionality.
