Thomas J. Webb is executive vice president and chief financial officer of CMS Energy and its principal subsidiary, Consumers Energy. He was named to this position in 2002. He also serves as chairman of the board of EnerBank USA, a nationwide provider of consumer loans. Before joining CMS Energy, he had been executive vice president and chief financial officer for Kellogg Co. and began his career at Ford Motor Co., holding increasingly responsible financial and managerial positions internationally for more than 22 years.
