Manages all warehouse activity, as well as, local inventory and distribution. Facilitated the cleaning, preparing, and implementation of a new warehouse in Dalton, Ga location. Active Duty clinically trained enlisted health care provider. Specialized in Mental Health and Combat Medicine. As a mental health specialized I worked in both an Inpatient and Outpatient setting. Acted as "Shift Leader" during my two years at WRNNMC, in Bethesda, Md. These duties included performing patient care with the rest of the staff, but also included several supervisor duties. These included creating both nightly shift schedules for all staff on my shift, and monthly rotating staff schedules. This duty also required me to make twelve-hour staff and patient assignments each night, this included staff to patient assignments, and patient activity assignments. This position also required me to lead patient safety inspections of their rooms and belongings, and performing various group therapy sessions.

Well experienced in all matters of Microsoft Office[word, excel, etc.] Well versed in proper phone etiquette, quickly building and maintaining rapport with customers and/or clients, as well as, the importance of a proper filing system and organization. Responsible for entering patient information for first time patients, and entering said information into computer system. Responsibilities also included scheduling appointments, making follow-up phone calls, and checking patients in when they arrive for their appointments.

Shift leader of a twelve hour night shift consisting of 20 staff and up to 22 patients on an inpatient mental health facility at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.Responsible for creating and on the spot updating of a rotating twelve hour "shift schedule" for all enlisted personnel, civilians, and patient assignments on my scheduled shift. Another responsibility was creating and maintaining a monthly "swing shift" schedule for two day shifts and two night shifts. These schedules included taking into consideration vacations days, holidays, and scheduled time off.
