I am supporting interdisciplinary teams (e.g. mechanics, electronics, software developers) to outstanding performance! No matter if it is a radically new device or machine, a value engineering task or design for sustainability.Having worked for different domains like medical, in-vitro diagnostica, consumer and industry products I profit from cross-industry approaches to transfer established technologies or approaches from one domain to another.Whereas lean and agile systems engineering, a reliable product architecture and a sound systematic approach is basic and obvious for project success it is crucial also to focus on the disciplines' interfaces of the development team. On the one hand these interfaces provide the potential for product innovations. Here I support with specific workshops e.g. from ideation to solving of contradictions using TRIZ. On the other hand in case of issues often here is the root cause hidden. Here I support with a risk management which naming is worth to be called that way. Basis for these activities is a suitable mindset in the team. I made very good experiences with my personal values driving my daily business and influencing the team's mindset: esteem, respect, courage, honesty and integrity.
