I'm also an escalation point for the IT helpdesk team.My goal is to enhance business productivity by implementing the range of Microsoft 365 technologies.My tasks include:Microsoft 365 - Onboarding and offboarding users, assigning licenses, configuring domains, delegated access, automatic replies, email forwarding and more.Exchange Online - Troubleshooting mail flow, configuring custom transport rules, setting up user archives and more.Intune / Endpoint Manager - Configure the platform with all required policies such as dynamic groups, compliance policies, configuration profiles, device scripts, applications, autopilot, attack surface reduction and more.Defender for Office 365 - Configure and deploy all email security policies such as anti-spam, anti-malware, safe links, safe attachments, quarantine.Defender for Endpoint - Configure and deploy Microsoft Defender to managed devices, monitor alerts and action vulnerability recommendations.Microsoft Security - Configure and deploy MFA, conditional access policies, retention policies, risky user and sign-in risk policies, maintain high secure score posture and best-practice configurations.Teams / Sharepoint - File system design and scope for migrating files from on-premise file servers.Migrations - Use the product SkyKick to perform migrations of mailboxes from tenant to tenant.Automation - Utilising Power Automate Flow to streamline tasks for both internal & external, custom powershell scripts for Microsoft 365, custom web app to deploy and monitor the Microsoft 365 tenant environment.Helpdesk - Connectwise Control to remote into customer devices, and troubleshoot a wide range of issues including Microsoft Office and Windows OS.LastPass Partner - I deploy and manage LastPass to customers.Products - Connectwise Manage, Exclaimer, N-Able, Connectwise Control, PassPortal, LastPass, TPP.

As an IT Specialist, I am the first point of contact for all incoming level 1-3 IT support requests.My role is to deal with a variety of IT support issues - including problems with workstations, servers, printers, security, Microsoft 365, cloud, data recovery, websites and more. I also contribute and work on a range of projects for clients, such as 365 migrations.My special focus is on the Microsoft 365 stack, where I configure and manage Endpoint Manager / Intune for a range of customers. This involves rolling out configurations for Windows OS patches, applications, compliance, security such as MFA and conditional access. I have also worked on many migration projects from other email platforms to M365.I am proficient with enterprise software systems such as Connectwise, IT Glue, ScreenConnect, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Bitwarden.
