Spent 12 years traveling for Verizon and Verizon Business coordinating plus installing &maintaining switch and transmission equipment and to install local Either net equipment such as routers & broadband switching data equipment for costumer such as State Street Bank and NSADAQ. As well as transmission equipment such as Alcatel, NEC, Lucent Nortel, Ciena, Tellabs, Cisco, and many other systems as well.This job required, MOP writing and red lining of specs as well as General install knowledge of current TIP for SBC and AT&T test and turn up skills for transmission And switching was needed as well as data plus routing equipment. I was also in charge of all installs required for DS3and single and dual mode fiber optic traffic rolls. I also had to be able to trouble shoot signal flow and traffic outage problems.In this position I also acted as a client service technical rep.I was required to analyze costumer circuits data and to test and trouble shoot each individual circuit and cross connect long distance and data circuits to bring the traffic back online.
