Former NASA Spacecraft Engineer and whistleblower. I finished my first battle with CALTECH/JPL - the soulless evil corporation. They blacklisted me after I made a complaint to HR regarding abuse of public funds, harassment, discrimination, and failure to accommodate. They marched myself and my wife off lab half way through the complaint meeting and ended my employment. Without due process or a proper investigation, something they promise all employees. This has been my experience suing Jpl/Caltech: 1) Witnesses committing perjury. The HR manager alone, committed perjury dozens of times. This is provable, 2) They altered evidence 3) They buried evidence 4) They defamed my character to witnesses by presenting hypotheticals, with facts that didn’t apply to me, 5) They slandered me, defamed my character, and committed libel and slander in order to blacklist me and in an effort to keep me quiet. There is so much more that I will get to in future posts. The honor code is an important value that is ingrained into every JPL/Caltech employee, including this employee of 31 years. Yet, the honor code became completely irrelevant when I came forward as a whistleblower as I have been treated with anything but honor. I now know the extent and magnitude of their dirty tricks. They engage in institutional DARVO to silence employees who come forward with whistleblower complaints. That has been my personal experience. I will be prepared for the next battle. I will never give up until the world knows what evil they do to destroy good employees who report in good faith: negligent management, discrimination, abuse of authority and misuse of public funds. Dear NASA, know that CALTECH/JPL is not worthy of managing NASA projects. It’s time to re-evaluate the prime contract.
