For more than 20 years now, I advise on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and company reorganisations. A particular focus of my work is assisting European investors in Asia, having lived and worked in Singapore between 2000 and 2005. Together with my team I have supported family business and multinational groups with approx. 100 joint ventures and many other investment projects in the whole Asia Pacific region. I work closely with our offices and 'best friend' law firms in China, India, Singapore, Malaysia and other jurisdictions to ensure efficient advice to our clients for their businesses across Asia, any time and on the point. With the growing investment from China and other countries, advising foreign companies in Germany constitutes a large part of my work and at Luther I coordinate the China and India practice in Germany.
