• Over 20 years of security & IT operations experience in the Public Safety, Education, and Healthcare sectors. • Extensive experience delivering secure, optimized, & mature IT operations with a focus on regulatory compliance & cyber hygiene best practices. • Experience managing cyber risk through strong IT leadership & balanced approaches to delivering secure IT solutions that have successfully prevented attacks from hacktivist, cyber criminals, & state-sponsored cyber threats.

• Manage 12 member team of network infrastructure and technical support staff within Technical Services group.• Manage 24x7 Helpdesk operations.• Assist IT Director with Information Technology operations planning and budgeting.• Ensure maximum availability of mission critical systems to meet established service level agreements.• Assign projects and tasks to appropriate staff to ensure successful outcome of infrastructure initiatives.• Manage network systems maintenance and warranty plans.• Establish and maintain WAN and ISP service contracts.• Assess and approve infrastructure-related software and hardware purchases.• Perform datacenter and network capacity planning and design.• Create overtime and on-call schedules for Technical Services staff.• Evaluate and acquire new and existing Technical Services staff.• Mentor and train Technical Services staff as required.• Coordinate network infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, and security analysis.• Establish backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies.• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, including change management control.
