Maintenance Manager Part-145
CurrentThe Maintenance Manger role has an important and comprehensive set of responsibilities for the Envirotainer PART-145 maintenance network. My key obligations include ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out satisfactorily and certified in accordance with the organisation's procedures and standards, maintaining the competence of maintenance personnel, establishing training programs, monitoring work orders and contracts, responding to quality deficiencies and ensuring the quality of execution and compliance with safety policies and human factors issues. In addition, I am responsible for the availability of facilities, equipment, materials and personnel needed for maintenance tasks, as well as developing production planning systems and ensuring access to maintenance data.It is a well-rounded role that covers various aspects of managing maintenance operations effectively.
