In my over 30 years of hospitality service, I have been fortunate to work with some of the most exceptional mentors in the industry, as well as some of the finest staff members in the business. I have also had the distinct priviIege of welcoming, serving and befriending thousands of loyal members and guests throughout those years, who have touched my heart and will forever remain with me. I have amassed a broad range of skills, including: hospitality management, talent selection, financial management and accounting, event planning and management, food/beverage/wine menu building, ordering and budgeting. I have also developed a keen sense of diplomacy and tact, which are talents that a manager must learn to utilize wisely and often. I think that I am most proud of the long line of young staff and managers that I have had the honor of mentoring and assisting with their career development. It truly is in giving that you receive, and for that, I am blessed.
