Responsibilities: • Worked with the VP of Technology - audited all phone services for the clubs, current vendors, pricing and analysis for converting to one provider. Created database for television and internet services, review of current vendors, pricing and recommendations for cost savings.• Conducted SEO (search engine optimization) for the digital department, editing metadata, title tags, uploading photography and clean-up of Google web pages. Inspected web survey process and response time for club follow-up to pass request. • Assisted the training director in the organization of a sales training event for 100 membership consultants and senior team. Helped with logistics for the event, setup, powerpoint presentations for the speakers, and transportation of attendees. • Learned about club operations and financials, CSI club management software, member entry, usage and billing.• In marketing, worked at the Citi Open tennis tournament, generating over 3,000 leads, meeting and greeting tennis fans and assignment of the leads to the clubs for follow up. Researched potential schools for outreach by the Explosive Performance athlete training team and prepared a market analysis for potential club sites in DC metro area and Atlanta.
