Hi! My name's Tom, an Experience Designer working for Ogilvy Australia. I believe that good design has the power to not only transform the ways we interact with the digital world, but also how we interact with the physical world as well through human-centred design.Working full time as a designer, I have 3 years of professional experience, with an additional 3 years from my degree in Design Computing. Over the course of my career, I have been a part of many major projects with various roles, from UX researcher and consultant, to design lead. I've worked alongside many senior designers in order to test their work and co-design, and I've led many projects from a design perspective. I used those projects to both hone my technical abilities as a designer, whether that be on Figma or the Adobe Suite and become an advocate for the full design process.Educating a client on the experience process and journey is one of the key things a designer can do. I believe in leveraging my expertise to communicate to clients the true value of experience design.My interests span from video games and movies, to photography and swimming. I love learning new things and have a secret passion for city planning and urban design.
