Serve the religious support needs of the Airmen and families of the 121st ARW. As a Staff Chaplain, I am a member of a Religious Support Team that seeks to "nurture the Living" by performing religious services; providing pastoral counseling; participating in deployment related events and; educating Members and Families as they build spiritual and personal resilience. In addition, the Religious Support Team "cares for the Wounded" by way of hospital visitation of Members and family who are sick or injured as well as, providing referral and connection to professional counseling for those whose wounds may be invisible. Finally, the Religious Support Team "honors the Fallen" through services, funerals, memorials and family support.As a non-denominational, Christian Chaplain, I provide religious support according to my Faith Tradition. For those Airmen whose religious support needs I am not qualified or ordained to perform, I seek to provide access to appropriate and services consistent with that Airman's faith.

Direct program providing mental health assessment, referral and support for members of the 121st ARW, Ohio Air National Guard.

Served Military Families with life-skills and behavioral health issues related to general life experience as well as, the unique struggles related to Military life.Provided behavioral health consultation to leadership at all levels within Ohio National Guard.Presented psycho-educational briefings to leadership, families and military organizations.

Worked both in the crisis services area and as a prescreener for the Probate Court. In this capacity, I conducted mental status exams and crisis services to consumers who were thought to be in crisis and in need of emergency psychiatric treatment. Worked with the Probate Court and Sheriff's Deputies to assure that consumers received treatment in discreet and dignified manner while assuring public safety.
