I'm an environmental consultant with over 20 years of experience. I have extensive experience in conducting air quality modeling analyses for near-field and long range transport applications. I've used my air quality dispersion modeling expertise to support Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) applications in Class I and Class II areas, and regional haze analyses. My air quality permitting experience includes PSD/NSR applicability determinations, emissions inventory development for PSD/NSR projects, air toxics emissions inventories, and Title V and minor source permitting. While my expertise is primarily in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance, I'm also engaged with clients to help identify and manage risks related to environmental impacts, particularly concerning emerging environmental contaminants. My other professional interests include client account management, stakeholder strategy development, the transition to a low carbon economy, and environmental justice.
