A proficient manager with long term experience in leading and developing multi country support operations, quality management systems as well as other infra-structure functions like IT, purchasing and facility at a more general level. My experiences have given me a general feel for all aspects of a company in different depths. Working in global corporations has provided a good understanding and ability to work in large organizations, utilizing resources in the most effective way by good communication and network building. In my leadership, the focus lies on building high performance organizations by supplying clear guidance, direction and above all, developing people in the organizations into strong decisive employees with a high customer focus resulting in high customer satisfaction, whilst maintaining focus on P&L achievement as well as global strategies.
