About Thomas (Will) Chivers, P.E.
My design experience started with custom homes, commercial remodels, and nonstructural equipment anchorage. And over the years I have worked on a variety of projects which include, Mission Critical data centers, multi- story modular hotels and apartments as well as mixed-use commercial facilities. In that time, I have tackled, shipping container homes and dormitories, seismic retrofits of masonry structures, existing building evaluations and the occasional art sculpture.I enjoy structural engineering because of the innovation that comes with every different project and the many relationships I get to develop with my design team, contractor, and fellow engineers. I enjoy working everyone to produce a safe and successful project.
