Designed logos, primary and secondary packaging for new launches and seasonal gift sets. Solid communication skills workingclosely with the Creative Director, Marketing department and Engineers. Develop all PR materials for fragrance launches. Started up in-house computer art department for the fragrance division. Hired and supervised Assistant Art Directors, freelance staff and outside vendors. Returned to the studio to assist the President/Creative Director. Created typographical designs and packaging concepts for various fragrance/cosmetic clients and assisted the other Art Directors with design/typographical needs.• Produced creative solutions for clients’ design needs. Initially hired by Calvin Klein Cosmetics Group to maintain old lines and develop new ones. Promoted into the new Unilever Cosmetics Group where I developed the new art department and launched their first fragrance, Nautica’s Latitude/Longitude.• Provided services ranging from managing outside vendors and studios for photography and design to finding new resources to support departmental needs.• Worked closely with marketing and advertising departments to develop and execute designs concepts for packaging, collateral, seasonal promotions, and advertising campaigns.
