I am the lead coach of a squad of approx 25 swimmers who are continuously achieving success at District level and targeting qualification and success at National level. I run my own program focussing on long term development, building an aerobic capacity and maintaining high levels of efficient technique. I work closely with the head coach and other coaching staff to coordinate day-to-day club activities as well as long term goals.* Pre-Planning of training cycles & sessions. * Analysing performances & progression. * Focused on long-term athlete development.I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate in my role, I love to see my swimmers achieve their goals and go on to smash their expectations. I take great pride in helping to guide young athletes towards their own personal goals.In 22/23 season I produced several high placing District results and helped 3 swimmers go beyond their own goals and qualify for their first ever National competition.

Assisting with athlete performance development. Working closely with the club's Head Coach to ensure coaching points are transferable and the training cycle is being adhered to. Maintaining good working relationships with coaching staff, parents, swimmers, committee members and centre staff.

Teaching classes of up to 7 children at any one time, overseeing the progression and development of hundreds of children over 3 years throughout Glasgow and the Forth Valley area. Working in tandem with other teachers and co-ordinators to facilitate the promotion of swimmers as they passed through the levels. Maintaining good professional relationship with pupils and parents.Mentoring new and aspiring swimming teachers by helping them learn new techniques and successful practices.

Working as a self employed delivery courier delivering parcels to customers all throughout central Scotland. Working to strict schedules and company standards. Maintaining a professional appearance and displaying high levels of customer service and delivering customer satisfaction. Delivering parcels on behalf of depot "controllers" and helped to clear the depot at end of each day.Went above and beyond during busy "peak periods" - especially the week in the run up to Christmas where I would be working around the clock to ensure everyone received their Christmas gifts in time.

Responsible for smooth running of shifts. Working closely with Store Manager and upper management to work to company standards. Overseeing the opening and closure of the shop daily, managing labour and food costs through a shift aswell as responding to any staff queries or concerns. Good communication with upper management and local stores. Great customer service skills to resolve any problems that occurred during a shift to always ensure a positive outcome.Training new staff up to required level and assisting them where needed.

Front-of-house team member within a very busy local restaurant. Fast-paced and demanding workplace, which required high levels of teamwork.

Working in a fast-paced environment within the world-renowned Hydro arena in Glasgow. Performed duties to a high standard working in the VIP sections of the arena. Catering for the VIP restaurant or servicing hospitality boxes.Also included basic bar and barista work.
