A field based role, working with company owned and dealer owned Shell petrol stations throughout the South West. Acting as an ambassador for the brand to both internal and external customers.During 2016 I took an active role in the creation of operational processes and implementation of a Pizza Hut concept within Shell petrol stations. Main responsibilities are; To conduct monthly meetings with station managers reviewing profitability, KPI’s and operational compliance. Including food safety and health & safety auditing.Creating high quality reports with key actions to encourage and guide managers and retailers.I continually coach onsite staff ensuring they have the knowledge required to effectively serve and engage customers this includes training of new concepts into stations. AdHoc tasks /duties also include:· Creating and delivering presentations to Station Managers, Retailers and Territory Managers.· Conducting training sessions for Managers, Retailers and Territory Managers.· Facilitating station visits with Category Managers and third parties. Demonstrating the role of Business Development Consultants and the FSC.
