Providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support to the business for an in-house SAP solution for Close Brothers. Supporting the system from a period of implementation through to production and continuous improvement.My role would involve incident support and problem management, system masterdata maintenance, technical system maintenance, user security management and co-ordinating a pipeline of developments with external 3rd party consultants offshore and on-site. Myself and the team were responsible for the management and upkeep of several front end clients across Production, Quality, Development and Sandbox environments.Modules/areas I have supported include the following ECC applications; Basis/Security, ABAP, FI/CO, MM, HR and other modules in the SAP suite including BI (BEx Analyzer), BPC, PI and Business Objects. I also supported the in and outbound interfaces for SAP which included data feeds and reconciliation between SAP systems such as Cascade, Concur, Quantum TMS, Globus/T24 and many other banking lending systems used across the group.
