Experienced Digital Marketing professional specialising in managing social media channels to communicate Corporate messaging. I currently serve as Digital Communication and Content Manager at BT Group where I oversee the corporate social media channels. My primary tasks are to look at our Social Media strategy, convey key business messages, manage and engage with the community, and recognise the achievements of our people and the business.My journey into Digital Marketing began at Lakehouse PLC (Now know as Sureserve Group PLC) as a Junior Digital Marketing Execuitve, where I completed my Level 4 Digital Marketing apprenticeship with 3AAA. During this time, I built skills such as video/photo editing, copy writing, digital communications, and printwork. Working on key projects, like Annual Reports and trading updates, I specialise in communicating about sustainability and climate action.I really enjoy managing communities and taking corporate comms to simplify them for a social audience.
