As iJAG Program Manager, I am responsible for strategy and execution of The Principal’s development program focused on partnership with iJAG and high school to early career talent pipeline. I have over a decade of experience working with the iJAG program. Most notably, I developed and executed The Principal’s iJAG internship and hiring program in 2017. In my “past life”, I was an IT Delivery Manager and Certified ScrumMaster with over a decade of IT project management experience in the financial services industry. When I’m not at work, I am busy coaching baseball and basketball and watching my three children compete at athletic events. I’m an advocate for volunteering and making a difference in people’s lives. I also serve as President for Urbandale Little League’s Board of Directors and President for Urbandale High School’s Athletic Booster Club.
