As a Route Specialist with G&K services my daily work consists of living our G&K customer promise to our customers.1. Deliveries are complete on time and in good repair2.Billing is simple, accurate and predictable3.Your needs are met promptlyOther everyday duties will consist of delivering G&K products and services and providing seamless and superior customer service for Route Sales Representatives during periods of time away from work. Measuring and installing major/national accounts so that routes are accurately established.Auditing routes and observe the work of Route Sales Reps in order to assess training needs. Maintain sales objectives on all routes driven.Confirming customer loads are correct and complete before leaving the warehouse, delivering those products to our customers according to specifications,collecting and sorting soiled products then returning used products to the warehouse. Develop holiday route schedules to ensure seamless customer service is provided on all routes on applicable holidaysResolving customer issues within established guidelines and partner with customers in identifying satisfactory solutions.Identifying potential growth opportunities and communicate suggestions along with ideas according to established guidelines and practices.Understanding the dynamics of each route to ensure customer needs and G&K customer service standards are met.Accurately complete all records and required work on a daily basis.Coordinate and handle measuring and installations of all major/national accounts.Perform route audits during service runs and training and observation rides; evaluate performance and assess training needs.Assisting the Route Manager with new employee orientation and other tasks as required.
