My role with my current employer evolved over the my first 3 years, allowing me to gain a promotion within my team. My additional responsibilities that I had taken on to achieve my promotion include: helping train new comers within the team, writing and improving business processes and procedures, taking a leading role in new projects and being involved in more meetings with the companies customers.

ARCHTYPE LTD is a company that I founded with two of my colleagues during sixth form. My roles within the company include working with and managing others, market research, dealing with suppliers, and financial management.

Initially joining SGS as an agency worker I was shortly taken as a full time employee for the company covering two roles. My initial responsibilities included the diary management of mobile inspectors, report creation and quality assurance as a Logistics Coordinator. As a Vehicle Claims Advisor my responsibilities included communicating strongly and clearly to ensure all claims are handled within the procedures set out by customers and that all deadlines are being met, as well as processing both incoming and outgoing invoices.
