Responsible for development and upkeep of the initial website, which was designed as an online brochure for customers, prospective landlords and suppliers. Also some management of marketing, brand development and social media. Responsibility for administration of the Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as dealing with customer complaints. The role was dissolved when West One’s e-commerce site opened and ‘Head of Online’ was created.
