All if which working within Materials Engineering Lab Analyst for Materials Lab:In May 2015 I was hired directly to GM as lab analyst for the Materials Lab. Responsibilities included providing mechainical properties of polymers, enviromental exposures and chemical capability. Over the years level of expertise expanded into areas of elastomers and structural adhesives. With retirements within the group was selected as technical expert for the area of Polymer/Elastomer and Adhesives. Responsibilities included being a regional contact for our global labs as well as maintaining lab capability for A2LA accredidation. Started off as lab analyst gathering mechainical properties of polymers. Team Lead for Materials Lab:2018 I was promoted to team lead. One of the responsibilities included reviewing and maintaining standardized work created within the group. Second responsibility being a coach for the lab's business plan development (BPD) board, helping area champions in creating realistic goals and achieveable targets for the year. Third responsibilty was maintaining responsiveness metrics (improving on-time performance, eliminating waste in our processes, making sure workload is distributed evenly). Last responsibility is being a mentor role for TRACK engineers during their rotation within the lab.Skills- Proficient in our Microsoft Office with particular emphasis in Excel. - Earned DFSS "Design for Six Sigma" Black Belt
