Started as project superintendent on a 13 million dollar project , " Mosaic Templars building" at 9th and Broadway. In Little Rock.Then worked in the office estimating projects until the next assignment came up. 8 million VA Hospital ICU Expansion. When that project was completed I was asked to come back to office to estimate.My last project was 18 million dollar project at Pine Bluff Arsenal. A utility's upgrade project. I consider myself to excel in health care construction. In either new construction or remodeling. I have remodeled three Labor And Delivery wards. (One while staying in operation mode) Three x- ray dept. One. ICU unit. One emergency room remodel. Two MRI Units. Several wing remodels. I believe strongly in safety and the need for training of personnel at all levels, from the pee-ons in the field to the personnel in the office.
