I am responsible for all aspects of the development process, from site selection through to disposition. We are currently engaged in new multifamily projects throughout New England. I am also charged with providing junior associates with opportunities for continued professional growth, and delegating responsibility so that people can take on ever larger and more significant roles within our projects as they are able. Company policy encourages us not to post specific details about individual projects or the company as a whole on social media sites, but we are happy to discuss the business with interested parties.Although I have worked on office, life science, and retail projects, my primary focus is on residential development. I aim to develop places where people can build rich and rewarding lives for themselves and their families, not just warehouses for people and their things. I believe that the most successful projects are about creating great communities, not just generating huge financial returns, though I would also argue that the two are not as independent as they are often treated. I support the crafting of urban environments with multimodal transit options, and policies that encourage cities to address their critical housing needs without resorting to unfettered sprawl.

I oversaw the completion of a 254-unit multifamily project in Boston, as well as the lease-up process and the transition of the property into the control of the asset management team. I was responsible for permitting a 330,000 SF life science building, and managing the entire design and consulting team. I aimed to create meaningful professional development opportunities for junior members of the team, and was the first point of contact for new hires. I am especially proud that not a single tree was cut down on a development site during my tenure.

I primarily handled projects in real estate and construction with budgets up to $5 million. I also designed and implemented a variety of research projects. My NDA restrains me from being able to list the company's name in any social media.

I provided investment research on a range of asset classes. Over time, my focus began to narrow to real estate investment research and project planning.
