Full Fibre Patch Lead
CurrentLeading a team of FTTP service delivery engineers as part of a wider team reporting to the Patch Manager. Responsible for the delivery of FTTP service across the East Midlands patch. Motivating and developing a team of engineers, whilst being responsible for safety, compliance and quality, covering the Patch Manager role when required. - Ensuring the team are working safe by carrying out regular safety checks- Attending and resolving customer complaints- Quality checking engineers work: providing feedback where required. - Regular coaching conversations with engineers regarding performance & compliance- Liaise with the desk team to resolve customer escalations- Accountable for the jobs & tails on my patch, driving ‘on the day’ performance to ensure maximum customer satisfaction- Job allocation and managing the workstack daily to ensure targets are met- Delivered N11 training course to team members, coaching engineers in all aspects of the job, both formal and informal training- Working with other departments across the business such as order management, civils, FND & service delivery to build strong relationships - Deliver and implement change across the team, briefing the team on updates and encouraging engagement- Supporting team members with honest and open conversations, regarding subjects such as mental health, diversity and inclusion.NRSWA Excavation for Supervisors (certificates LA, S2,S3 and S4) & PASMA supervisor certificate
