Working under a name like Marco Pierre White, my expectations where high, unfortunately the establishment needed a lot of work and basic general maintenance to create any customer satisfaction, I was involved with gardening, painting and general DIY-I helped recruit & train an entirely new FOH team, which quickly started seeing a positive response on Trip advisor.

Starting part time & working up to Bars & Events Manager, I have relished my time here at the Manor By The Lake, helping shape the operations department from its foundations and installing standards and practices that will continue on unto the future.
