I am a driven and ambitious third year Building Surveying student at Nottingham Trent University, committed to advancing in the property sector with a strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate. My career goal is to achieve Chartered status and excel as a property professional, leveraging hands on experience gained through internships with Industry leading firms.My recent roles have deepened my expertise in lettings, property valuation, project management, Building Surveying and Commercial Surveying. I’ve developed strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills, and I thrive in fast paced, high pressure environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential. These experiences have fueled my ambition to contribute meaningfully to a top tier firm in the property industry after I finish University.Interests & Extracurriculars:I am passionate about Real Estate, regularly tracking market trends for both Residential and Commercial sectors, and have undertaken freelance property sourcing for private Blue Chip clients. My interests extend beyond Real Estate; I’m dedicated to fitness, participating in Lacrosse, Muay Thai and Triathlon. I also enjoy outdoor challenges, including the UK Three Peaks and extensive hiking across Alaska and Europe.In addition, I am an active learner in coding and business development, having designed and developed my own property portal, for the Caribbean market while at university (DM me for a link and further project information). The project is now currently not in action due to a recent non compete agreement. This entrepreneurial project reflects my commitment to innovation and my interest in Proptech and programming having undertaken self taught leaning in languages such as HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT and PYTHON.
