 Lead the deployment of the automation portfolio and support GC cluster with a deep understanding of automation offering and securing growth and profitability. Drive business plan (growth and profitability), translate the HQ overall business plan into integrated cluster business plan. Follow-up the execution of operational plan, analyses and drive action to fulfil targets. Identify new automation opportunities and align with global automation solutions. Understand customer requisites and identify the right solution, convey automation value proposition to customers. Share solutions & success cases, feedback the solution issues to global development team.

 Lead the automation team in ASEAN projects center to perform both pre-projects and implementation activities related to automation. Built up 4 teams in respective market companies and centralized workflow and resource management. Established good communication channels with other functional teams, e.g. SAEA&O Automation Centre, BU PAIS, Technical service, etc.

 Took responsibility for automation & MES pre-project activities in ASEAN project center. Worked with PPE and sales team to understand the customer demands and convert to automation solutions. Drive opportunities in line with business strategy, delivering a strong value proposition. Standardized automation proposal workflow and documents.  Supported marketing activities such as seminars, MES platform promotion, workshops and presentations. Collaborated with KAM, SAEA&O Automation Centre, MES team and packaging for integration projects. Served as automation leader for couple of Thailand projects including a number of L3+ projects. Gained strong non-authorized management skill, communication and presentation skills with this job.
