I am at the very beginning of an amazing journey and I couldn’t be more ecstatic!

With a unique blend of experience and perspectives in nonprofit, retail, and construction management, I am a driven and dedicated leader who strives to create positive impact and achieve excellence. I currently serve as the CEO of Seeking Your Destini, a nonprofit organization that aims to empower and support women in various aspects of life. I also work as the Director of Operations at a nationwide realty group, a service company that provides solutions for retail and commercial clients. In both roles, I leverage my strengths in strategy, communication, leadership, and problem-solving to lead transformative initiatives, drive results, and build meaningful relationships. Some of my recent accomplishments include securing a large grant for Seeking Your Destini, overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects for a leading nationwide company in the industry, and increasing the user retention rate by 25% through growth marketing strategies. I am passionate about organizational growth and social impact, and I am always open to connecting with like-minded professionals who share these values and goals. Recently I embarked on a new venture in the beginning of 2022. TEY LLC is a Contract company that strives to be the best in business at affordable rates, by hiring highly skilled individual's in each trade we are able to give the client peace of mind knowing that the company they hired to do the project is the same company that is seeing it through to the finish line. This not only cuts cost for the company but in turn gives us the ability to give the best possible rate while not sacrificing craftsmanship.
