Oversees inside sales team and deploys sales strategy internally. Ensures industry leading service and support are provided to customers. Maintains professional relationships with existing customers and develops new relationships. Assists customers with application support and prepares technical application quotations. Develops and monitors departmental performance goals and KPIs. Follows up on customer issues and collaborates cross-functionally to help resolve problems.

Provides sales support for applications, customer service support for RMA analysis and field support for customers. Develops testing procedures and performs validation testing for new product designs. Analyzes product test results for continued product improvement.

Creates solid models and 2D drawings for manufacture. Create bills of materials for assembly, and bills of operations for manufacturing within an ERP system. Design new products as well as improve upon existing products. Work hand and hand with sales and distribution to make modifications/customizations to products to suit customer's needs in a wide variety of fields and applications. Work along side production to improve upon existing manufacturing methods to increase efficiency and reduce product lead times. Work along side sales to generate accurate cost estimates to base quoting off of.
