Eco-Demonstrator 777 Thrust Reverser design and build- Lead design trade studies retrofitting production hardware into development configuration- Develop tooling layout model for prototype composite structure- Perform teardown of GE90-110B1/115B thrust reverser using Boeing tools/process specifications- Support build of prototype hardware and solve problems to maintain schedule737MAX Inlet Stress Analysis-Learn 737MAX inlet build sequence through hands on experience as a mechanic-Perform structural analysis to reduce non-conformance tags and enable higher production rate capability-Focal for design changes to reduce cost, support suppliers, and rate-breaks.-Responsible for structural integrity of inlet repair processes and documentation

Rotorcraft Dynamic System Design- Manage complex composite lay-ups and ply drops during detail design of new rotor blade- Work with composite material selection and transitioning to minimize issues during build process- Create model lofting and tooling surface definition for composite structures and release model-based definition- Lead trade studies in a development environment and manage product definition and manufacturability- Take part in build-up/teardown inspection of prototypes and production assemblies to recognize issues and opportunities- Perform high level concept layouts for R&D programs through 2D layouts and 3D modeling (transmission/rotor design)- Utilize close tolerance GD&T (0.001”/0.0005”) to create detail drawings and model based definition- Work with shop floor to investigate production related issues/rejection reports, as well as building developmental components for initial testing-Investigate technology improvements and pursue supplier development to add new vendors and increase quality through the product lifecycleTest Fixture Structural Design- Design new dummy components and modify existing test equipment, while coordinating with fabrication suppliers- Analyze stress at key locations to maintain that design is sufficient for testProject Management- Actively manage assembly definition model configurations and releases with status reports for customer delivery- Lead a team of engineers while, simultaneously creating and overseeing project schedule, work packages, change requests, budget, and modeling fidelity- Manage suppliers during development phase to ensure timely delivery of critical components- Coordinate assembly and installation of released designs with program management and mechanics- Write test plan, supervise assembly and test operation, and deliver final report
